Zipper Interactive to be shut down?
Rumors have been flying aroung that the creators of Socom Zipper Interactive, are to be shut down very soon. The rumor states that the studio is being shut down by Sony and that the studio has been hit with sever layoffs which led to an unannounced project to be cancelled.
Zipper just hasn’t been the same as they were back in the PS2 era. Their latest PS3 titles MAG and Socom 4 were both disapointments sales wise so the studio being shut down wouldn’t surprise me.
